  1. Discover your Vision Star.
    In a calm moment, think:
    What matters to me?
    How do I want to be?
    Kind? Patient? Helpful?
  2. Pause and remember your Vision Star. In a stressful moment, press your pause button. Close your eyes, put your hands on your heart, and take a deep breath. Think of your Vision Star.
  3. Let your Vision Star shine. If you can picture your Vision Star, try to use it. Imagine how its light can help you respond the way you want to. For example, instead of getting upset because you have to wait, think of your Vision Star patience. Even if it doesn’t always work right away, it gets easier over time the more you practice.
